Description

Camp Encore/Coda, a music and sports camp in Maine, is looking to hire a Day Nurse for our second session, July 18 - August 10. We are a beautiful camp on the shores of Stearns Pond, and our woods are filled with the sounds of music practicing, rehearsing, and performing everywhere you go.

We have a day and night shift system with two full time nurses living on camp (room and board included), and we also employ substitute nurses for days off. Duties include preparing, monitoring, and distributing meds, providing care to all campers and staff, responding to emergencies, assessing injuries and conditions, consulting with the standing orders. Qualifications: RN or LPN. Must be able to practice in the state of Maine.

This is a wonderful job for health care workers who love nature, music, and keeping children safe and happy! Nurses often attend our concerts and love working with musician campers who tend to be fascinating and special people.
