Inspira Health, the region’s leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our Surgical Services team in Vineland on the night shift. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. In this role, you will deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care, collaborate with the surgical team, and support patients and families throughout their care experience. The pay range for these positions is $45.58–$60.35 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process, ensuring safe, evidence-based practice
- Coordinate and communicate with patients, families, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary team members
- Support patient preparation, intraoperative needs, and postoperative recovery activities in alignment with regulatory and hospital standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all safety, policy, and procedural requirements
Qualifications:
- Current New Jersey RN license; BLS and ACLS required
- BSN or MSN required or enrollment within six months of hire with degree completion by third employment anniversary (grandfathered exceptions apply)
- National specialty certification preferred
- Clinical experience in surgical services preferred (required for per diem roles)
