A community owned Critical Access Hospital in North Louisiana is recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join its expanding outpatient practice as part of a $51 million full campus modernization opening Summer 2026.

This is a rare opportunity to practice outpatient medicine with true stability, strong financial backing, and long-term leadership vision.

Practice Highlights:
• $300,000 guaranteed base salary for 2 years
• NHSC eligible, up to $250K+ student loan repayment available

• Outpatient-only practice
• Dedicated hospitalist team (no inpatient responsibility)
• Four exam rooms + private office per physician suite
• Two dedicated clinical staff members per physician (LPN + MA)
• Light call ,nursing home coverage only, primarily phone triage
• Flexible schedule - 4 days + half day option
