Position Overview:

The Employee Health RN is responsible for providing comprehensive occupational and employee health services, including immunizations, health screenings, injury management, and wellness programs. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and promotes the overall health and safety of the organization's workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct employee health assessments, immunizations, and screenings.
\n
• Manage work-related injuries, exposures, and follow-up care.
\n
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with OSHA, CDC, and company policies.
\n
• Provide health education and wellness counseling to employees.
\n
• Collaborate with leadership and HR on health policies, compliance, and safety initiatives.
\n
• Participate in occupational health programs, including drug testing and vaccination campaigns.
\n
• Respond to urgent employee health concerns and coordinate care as needed.
\n

Work Environment:

• Primarily office and clinic-based with occasional on-site health assessments.
\n
• Monday-Friday schedule, standard business hours.
\n

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Registered Nurse Arizona state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Registered Nurse program
• One year of work experience as Registered Nurse
• One year of EMR experience

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience; experience in occupational/employee health preferred.
• Strong knowledge of infection control, OSHA regulations, and workplace safety.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
