As a member of the BVNA Management Team, serves as a home health regulatory and Quality expert supporting agency initiatives to provide prompt patient-oriented quality care in a consistent & professional manner resulting in full regulatory compliance and demonstrated clinical quality outcomes surpassing national benchmark standards. Ensures patient needs and billing requirements are met through accurate and timely QA/UR processes. Specific areas of oversight include Utilization Review, Patient Satisfaction, Infection Control, Performance Improvement, value-based purchasing and other program development.
This position is also responsible for oversight of education and onboarding program of BVNA with goal of ensuring regulatory compliance, ongoing competency development of staff to deliver exceptional care.
This position is responsible for QAPI, regulatory compliance, utilization review and oversight of agency education program.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- Five years of recent experience in home health required of which three years of experience are in quality management or an equivalent role in home health is required.
Education and Training:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required. Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
License, Certification & Registration:
- RN- Licensed as a RN in MA
- DRIVER - Drivers License
- OASIS - Oasis Certification required or attainment within 12 months of hire
- HCSBC - HCS-D Home Care Coding Specialist-Diagnosis or BCHH-C- Board Certified Home Health Coder is required or attain coding certification within 12 months of hiring
Other Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have strong customer service and interpersonal skills and be able to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage personnel at all levels of the organization with dignity and respect while setting and adhering to high standards of performance.
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals in a timely manner.
- Ability to lead work teams to excellence.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Excellent organizational skills, self-directed and independent in fulfilling role obligations.
- Advanced computer skills in a Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Midas and Outlook.
